Studio Zaffre, founded by Tiffany Brent-Smith and Gayle Westwood, brings together two designers with a shared commitment to integrity and thoughtful, inviting interiors.

Tiffany’s fifteen years of experience are rooted in some of Britain’s most respected design houses. During her time at Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler and Veere Grenney, she developed her knowledge of classical proportion and detail. Her work reflects a respect for tradition coupled with an affinity for bespoke pieces and layering colour and texture to create that sought after feeling of a home which is tailored yet also full of personality.

Gayle has worked at a number of studios over the past fifteen years, including a decade as a designer at Studio Duggan.  A graduate of the KLC School of Design, Gayle pairs a love of craftsmanship with a cultivated,  trusted network of artisans, suppliers and specialists — relationships that are central to the studio’s work.

Tiffany and Gayle work directly with every client, from initial concept through to completion. Each project begins with careful listening and a clear understanding of what matters most: clients’ visions, histories, the objects they cherish, how they would like to use their home, which colours bring them joy, and those that don’t.
